About Your Therapist
Caring. Compassionate. Kind. These are the words that describe me as a person and as a therapist. I truly believe in talking to people in a way that makes them feel comfortable & supported. I often tell my clients that I am a ‘different kind of therapist’ meaning that I will do what is necessary to help you to understand what your real issues are and push you to discover your best self.
I graduated from Fordham University in 2013 and since then I have worked with diverse populations in a variety of settings. I specialize in anxiety & depression disorders with an emphasis on assisting my clients in understanding how their thinking and worldview impacts their mood, behavior and overall functioning. Seeing me as a therapist means you will have to be 100% honest with yourself and open to the idea of being a better person.
