Richelle Smallwood, MSW, LCSW

My name is Richelle Smallwood. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with children and adults. I received my undergraduate degree in social work from Elizabeth City State University and my graduate school degree from East Carolina University. I have about 8 years of counseling experience.

I have worked as a counselor in a domestic violence agency and served as an outpatient therapist in multiple settings. My specialties are trauma, chronic stress, self- esteem issues, depression and enhancing parenting skills.
Helping others is my purpose and what I believe I am destined to do. If selected as your therapist, I look forward to fulfilling my purpose by helping you navigate through the challenges you are facing.
